Features of contracting rentals for sale of the rights of land rural areas of agricultural purposes on auctions
Abstract
It is investigated the normative and proper support of the organization of sale of the right to lease land for agricultural purposes. The process of organization of sale of the right of lease of agricultural land plots at the auction and conclusion of lease agreements is analyzed. The study was carried out on the example of a land plot for commercial agricultural production on the territory of the Kirovograd region. The main advantages of conducting land auctions are established, in particular: auctioning is very attractive from the point of view of filling the local budget. And due to the transfer of unused land plots to the ownership or lease of business entities increases the number of jobs.
