Стан і розвиток ринку молока в Україні
Abstract
Розглянуто стан і тенденції розвитку ринку молока,який являє собою одну з головних складових продовольчої безпеки країни.
Це зумовлено, по-перше, важливим значенням молока та молочних
продуктів для харчування населення, по-друге, неможливістю ведення
стабільної економічної політики в країні без розвитку цього ринку та, по-третє, соціальною спрямованістю галузі, де головною метою є
поліпшення рівня життя населення й забезпечення гарантованого
доступу його до молочної продукції у відповідній кількості, якості та
асортименті.
