Theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of the national system of financial support of agrarian production
Abstract
The necessity of formation and development of the national system of financial and credit provision of agricultural production in the context of ensuring a high level of adaptability to changes in the external economic environment and the domestic financial and economic situation, as well as ensuring a stable economic development of agricultural production, is investigated in the article. The sources of this prove that increasing the effectiveness of the system of financial and credit provision of agricultural production in the context of globalization is inextricably linked with the systemic regulation of key areas of modern public financial policy, and the effectiveness of its functioning depends on those goals and objectives arising from the country's long-term financial strategy.
