Programming in the management system of production of flax production
Abstract
For the Polesye of Ukraine flax is a basic industrial crop of the complex use. From flax get three valuable types of products – fibre, seeds and scutch, that have a wide spectrum of the use and marked saturation raw material and commodities of folk consumption. However, during the last decades the production of goods of flax cultivation has fallen sharply.
Examining the features of flax cultivation, it is set that its necessary to go out from such methodological position, as the most complete use of potential of industry. It maybe only on the basic of her adaptive conduct that envisages the receipt of complex effect from application of cooperation of basic factors of flax production – agroclimatic, techno-technological and economic-organizational.
Planning of flax production should be developed on the basis of an indicative principle, according to which the forecast is combined with the indirect regulation of socio-economic processes through a system of laws and legal acts.
The management of operations of products of flax cultivation is carried, out in order to optimize it and includes the row of the stages of construction and use of mathematical models of the productivity of flax. One of the elements of the methods of managing the production of flax produce is programming.
Use of progressive methods of growing flax on the basis of programming of his productivity has a scientific and practical value and consists in the development of optimal quantitative rations of regulation and non-regulation agro-climatic factors which in combination with innovative production technologies provide a maximum yield for the most rational use of available resourses.
The aim of the article is research of programming of integrating index of productional process of the flax production after the level of natural fertility of soil and calculation of norms of fertilizers on the pre-arrenged productivity that assists effective productive process control in flax cultivation.
The exploring was conducted using the following main methods: system method of scientific cognition, abstractly-logical, monographic, normative, economic-statistical.
The methodical approaches is considered to determination of programmable productivity of flax products after the level of natural fertility of soil and calculation of norms of fertilizers on the prearranged productivity.
Complex introduction of events, organizational form of ménage sent to reformation, development of integration processes, co-operation of structures, use of scientific methods of growing of flax on the basis of programming of its productivity give character of managed and guided flax production, assist the acceptance of the timely reasonable administrative decisions sent to the decision of problem in relation to the increase of production of goods of flax cultivation and improvement of its quality, increase of competitiveness of flax products on a foreign market and providing internal market commodity volumes from flax.
