Використання fuzzy-технології при створенні плану проектних робіт

Abstract

Описана проблематика формування плану виконання робіт при впровадженні автоматизованої системи. Успішна реалізація проекту вимагає наявності чіткого плану тривалості кожної з робіт проекту, однак в реальних умовах це виконати досить складно, адже багато залежить не лише від виконавців, а й від великої кількості сторонніх чинників. Таким чином завжди є невизначеність часу тривалості робіт в межах розробки плану проекту. Це призводить до необхідності використання Fuzzy-технологій для вирішення поставлених задач. Дана технологія враховує різні рейтинги (значимість) пріоритетності виконання робіт і, завдяки цьому, є досить ефективною при плануванні.
