Статистический анализ солнечной радиации

Abstract

Приведен анализ солнечной радиации  и структуры поля атмосферы в их взаимодействии. Приведены закономерности поля радиации и облачности земной атмосферы, как многогранные пространственно-переменные случайные функции. Изложены основы устойчивости и флуктуации рассматриваемых структур. Указывается на взаимосвязи неустойчивости и фазовыми переходами.
