Abstract

Застосування методів імітаційного моделювання на етапі розробки технологічних проектів харчових підприємств, що функціонують в умовах жорсткої конкуренції, характерно для світової практики в нинішній час. Ці методи дозволяють вже на ранніх стадіях розробки проекту модернізації зробити оцінку стану ремонтної системи хлібокомбінату та обґрунтувати необхідність модернізації.
