Ukraine has a significant potential for resource-rich waste that can be recycled in biogas, bio fertilizers, dry molded biofuels, biofuels, and the like. On the basis of the amount of waste, it is possible to diversify their processing with production of biogas, bio fertilizers, biofuels, and the like.
It is known that biomass gasification is one of the cheapest and environmentally friendly ways to generate electricity and heat. There are two direct ways of obtaining gas from biomass - microbiological and thermal (pyrolytic). The advantage of the biomass gasification method before direct combustion is to include a small amount of pollutants (eg NOx), that is, favorable environmental performance compared to other energy technologies.
In the ITTP NAS of Ukraine, research on the processing of organic waste from poultry enterprises has been carried out for a long time in the final finished product. One of these methods is to use a set of compatible drying and grinding processes.
Such installation allows studying the effect of the initial moisture of the material W, the speed of rotor n, the temperature of the coolant t on the dehydration process, the degree of dispersion and the intensity of heat and mass transfer between the material being studied and the gaseous coolant.
The purpose of the study is to obtain the data necessary for the development of the technology for processing native chicken manure for generator gas with the subsequent production of electricity. Experimental studies of the physico - mechanical characteristics of the feedstock and the finished product were carried out when dry granulate was produced and then used in the production of generator gas and electric power.
Experimental researches of physical and mechanical characteristics of the initial raw material and finished product were carried out at the time of the development of dry granulate with its subsequent use in the production of generator gas and electricity. Namely: they worked with chicken soup and a mixture of chicken meal with sawdust in the appropriate proportions: 1st party - 86% by weight - native litter; 14% by weight - sawdust; 2nd party - 100% native product.
The average caloric content of the gas samples was in the range of 1100 - 1200 kcal / nm3.
Thus, an experimental batch of alternative biofuels was prepared on the basis of agricultural production waste (chicken litter), biofuel gasification was carried out, generator gas was used which was used in the mini AKSA AAP 8000E power plant with the production of alternating current. This technology has prospects for further introduction into the national the economy.
Conclusions and perspectives.
1. The analysis of literature shows the promising of processing of organic waste from poultry enterprises using the latest equipment and technologies and the creation of the finished product on their basis for its further use in the processes of gasification and receipt of electric energy.
2. The proposed method of joint drying and shredding of biomass in one chamber allows to receive a dry granular product of high quality at minimum energy costs up to 4000 kJ / kg of evaporated moisture.
3. The conducted researches have shown that the raw material with addition of sawdust in the amount of 10 - 12% (by weight) is suitable for gasification with the established mode of operation of the mini power plant.
