Abstract

Pork is a leading agricultural industry that provides the population with such high-energy, high-energy food products such as meat and lard. And also such side-effects as bristles, skin, guts, blood, which are used as raw material for further processing. At the same time, it has one of the most energy-intensive technologies of agricultural production. So one of the important tasks facing the pig breeding industry is to increase the energy efficiency of cultivating the produce. To do this, we propose a new method for calculating energy efficiency.

The purpose of research– development of methodology for calculating the energy efficiency of livestock production.

Research results. In order to most effectively evaluate the use of new technology, and optimize the modes of work, the most widely used method based on the criterion of reduced losses. But in conditions where prices are rising rapidly, it's almost impossible to give a complete economic assessment. Therefore, in these conditions, the efficiency of the use of energy resources in livestock production and the search for energy saving technologies should be carried out with the help of a systemic bioenergy analysis based on the determination of the coefficient of bioenergy efficiency and the quantitative expression of which is the ratio of the energy accumulated in the products (energy content of the products) to the total energy consumption on its production (energy intensity of products). So, this approach allows us to take into account not only direct costs of fuel and energy, but also the costs of living labor of workers and employees. The application of systemic bioenergy analysis allows to overcome the feasibility of a feasibility study on the identification of non-renewable energy reserves.

The energy consumption of agricultural ecosystems and biotechnical systems is influenced by a large number of factors that require the development of special methods that allow multiple calculations of various variants of its development. The solution to this problem is to simulate the input and output parameters in the form of energy balances.

Conclusions. The general methodological principles of analysis for calculating the energy efficiency of livestock raising and ecological safety are based on the determination of the coefficient of bioenergy efficiency in terms of which the ratio of energy accumulated in products, in general, to the cost of energy for its production. This makes it possible to model the influence of various factors on the energy efficiency of the system.
