For many years and to date in the countryside, as well as in small towns, water supply towers (towers of Rozhnovsky, pressure vessels) are used for centralized water supply. The water supply system at the same time differs simplicity and high reliability. Water Tower is a structure in the water supply system for regulating the pressure and water consumption in the water supply network, creating its reserve and equalizing the schedule of the pump operation. Therefore, in the context of the constant growth of the deficit and energy prices, more and more attention is devoted to the development of appropriate energy-efficient equipment and technologies. to improve the operation of the electro-hydraulic tower water supply systems.
With simplicity of design and widespread tower Rozhnovsky have many drawbacks:
- It is extremely difficult to use it during the winter, especially when water consumption is reduced, as well as probable water sensor failure;
- the output of level sensors and other automation failures results in water overflow and freezing in winter, which can lead to destruction;
- rust in water appears due to the large surface of the oxidation of the container;
- limited and inconsistent water pressure at the exit from the tower, which is determined by its height;
- the operation of the pump in the pulsed mode with frequent switches and trips leads to accelerated wear of the electric motor and the pump itself.
Consequently, one of the main problems in transporting water to consumers is the development of a reliable and highly efficient electrohydraulic tower system for water supply and automatic control of water pump plants by their transfer, which in turn leads to an increase in the durability of these plants and to reduce labor, resource and energy costs for their operation.
Therefore, the application of modern technologies for improving the functioning of electro-hydraulic tower water supply systems is an urgent task.
The aim of the study. Improvement of functioning of the electrohydraulic tower water supply systems in the countryside, directions of energy resources saving and rational modes of its operation.
The theoretical and experimental component of the functioning of the electrohydraulic tower water supply systems was carried out on the basis of the study of the principle electric circuit for the control of the turbine water pump unit.
Conclusions and prospects.
Based on the study of principle electric circuits on the functioning of electrohydraulic tower water supply systems, the regime functions of pumping stations are substantiated under their automatic control, namely, it is proposed to prevent the failure of the water level sensors in the tower to include in the principle electric control scheme of the sensor electric heater, in case of an accidental decrease in water level in the zone of the submersible pump below the permissible position - a dry run sensor, to protect the electric motor submersible pump from overload and For incomplete mode of operation - the device ФУЗ-M.
