Abstract

Annotation. The purpose of the work is to improve the operation of the water towers and pumping plants through the use of frequency control for the submersible pump.
The theoretical and experimental component of improving the functioning of water towers and pumping plants was carried out on the basis of analysis of statistical data on the operation of water supply systems in the countryside, analytical review and analysis of scientific and practical works on this topic, the fundamental ostrich of the frequency regulator. According to the results of the research one of the perspective and actual directions of energy saving in the water supply systems of the use of the frequency converter for optimization of pressure is proposed. It is proposed to include in the package "Cascade" frequency converter BOSCH REXROTH EFC 3610, 4 KVT,3F / 380V., Which reduces the power consumption up to 35%, and the life of the submersible pump increases by 10-15% more than the passport.

The purpose of the research – is to improve the functioning of the water towers and pumping plants through the use of frequency regulation for the submersible pump, the direction of energy saving and the rational modes of its operation.

         Materials and methods of researches - the theoretical and experimental part of improvement of functioning of electrohydraulic tower systems of water supply of towers was carried out on the basis of analysis of statistical data of the operation of water supply systems in rural areas, analytical review and analysis of scientific and practical works on this topic, the principal arrangement of the frequency controller.

         Research results. The need to use the tower in the water supply system is due to the need for excess pressure, sufficient for self-propelled water to the consumer. At the same time, this pressure should be maintained within the limits of the transport of water to the consumer and the minimum required level of pressure at the outlet (lower limit) and maintaining the integrity of the system from gusts and losses due to leakage at all its links (upper limit).

The use of a regulated electric drive for a submersible pump also allows the use of direct-current water supply systems with automatic pressure maintenance in the plumbing network.

Conclusions and perspectives.

According to research results one of the perspective and actual directions of energy saving in water supply systems is the use of frequency converter for optimization of pressure. It is proposed to include in the "Cascade" frequency converter the frequency converter BOSCH REXROTH EFC 3610, 4 KW,3F/ 380V, which reduces the cost of electroenergy to 35%, and the life of the submersible pump increases by 10-15% more than the passport.
