Intelligent energy supply management system of industrial greenhouse using internet of things technologies
Abstract
The article presents an approach to the use of modern technologies of the Internet of Things to manage the energy supply processes of greenhouses, including, based on the use of biogas power plants, which is an urgent task today. The aim of the work is the development of an intelligent energy supply management system for an industrial greenhouse with the combined use of centralized sources of energy supply and local sources implemented on the basis of a biogas plant. To achieve the goal, the Cisco packet tracer software was used in the work, which is necessary for the formation of a "smart greenhouse complex", since this version includes numerous Internet of Things devices, which can be used to simulate a real greenhouse energy supply network. A feature of the system is the implementation of intelligent management of energy supply processes based on the use of production rules. The staff will be informed about the entire state of the greenhouse and biogas production complex via the IOT server, which the administration can control remotely via their smartphone. The article presents a simulation project of such a system, which is performed using a visual simulation tool called Cisco package Tracer. System management is organized using a special management module adapted to Internet of Things solutions, which can receive information not only from sensors, but also from web services. The control module allows you to implement complex scenarios, which is critically important based on the consideration of the biological component of greenhouse management objects. Flexibility and scalability are the two main characteristics of the presented prototype "complex based on a smart greenhouse", since devices and services can be changed, added or removed. Scalability is tested by adding new systems, which can be done in simulation mode.
