Justification parameters of portable milling section for soil processing in the areas fruit plants

One of the components of the technology of growing fruit and berry crops is the process of tillage in perennial plantations. The quality of its implementation is determined by indicators that depend on the functionality of the technical means used. Existing technical means do not fully fulfill the quality parameters of soil cultivation, set by agricultural requirements, especially in the rows of perennial plantations.
The aim of the study is to substantiate the design and develop a remote milling section for soil cultivation in the near-bottom zones of fruit plantations.
The conducted studies made it possible to establish that the protective distance across the row should be at least 0.20 m in each direction, and in the boles along the line of the 0.38 m line and establish the optimal size of the remote section equal to 0.55 m. allowed to obtain the trajectory of the movement of the knives of the turning section when working the soil in a row of trees.
As a result of the conducted studies, the design of a remote milling section with the drive of working elements from an autonomous hydraulic system was developed, which is placed on the frame of the milling cutter at the rear (on the right side in the direction of travel).
The original design of the remote section of the garden milling cutter is proposed, which will allow to increase the accuracy and quality of processing the inter-barring zone between rows of garden plantations.
Experimental studies of the remote milling section as a whole confirm the results of theoretical conclusions, the actual protective area of tree boles, weed cropping and the fractional composition of the soil correspond to the agricultural requirements for the given technological process, and the use of a garden milling cutter with a remote section allows to increase productivity by 1.5 times compared to conventional cutter.
