Automated work place of the company manager of the for organizing foreign internships and training

The article shows the project and the development of an automated workplace for the manager of the company for the organization and internship behind the cordon. It was designed and functioned by a model for supervising the internship behind the cordon, and on the basis of the aforementioned structure, a structure was designed for the functional database of the automated work manager. Realizations are the interface of the transfer to the functions of the functions of the program, such as XMind, MS Project, Google Forms, MS Excel.
The development of electronic automation of the offices of calls from a wide range of personal computers and organizations on the basis of the automated workplace (AWS). The automated workplace is available for the help of the communal premises in the single system (least), access to all available resources of the company, the Danish bases, and also to the main information zones. At the same time, it is important to say that the information can be communicated through the projects, the automation of routine operations that are connected to the channels and the correspondence of the correspondent on the channels.
Organization of the activities of the company's manager for the provision of internship and training services abroad contains 4 main activities: the conclusion of an agreement with the client; document processing, selection of an educational institution option; interview with foreign partners; results of the work performed. Incoming information for internships and studies abroad is: application of the client; client documents; directory of partners. And the result of the manager's activity is: a client's package of documents for a certain educational institution; profit; reports on work done. Control over the operation of the manager provide documents: the statute of the internship company; the law of Ukraine on education; norms and standards of educational institutions; standards of foreign countries for registration of documents.
In order to improve the activities of the company's manager, who organizes internships and studies abroad, it is necessary to design and develop an automated workplace for anyway company. This system should serve as an assistant in storing the necessary information about the clients of the company, staff, partners and enable easy and fast find, edit, add new information about clients and partners.
For the implementation of ARM, the company's manager has a modern design and various capabilities for the most demanding users using Microsoft Visual Studio 2015, which includes a set of tools for software development: from planning to software development.
The horizontal menu is intended for: adding / editing; search menu; document creation and a full menu of working with clients. Vertical menu is intended for: output of information references; reporting; buttons for sending letters and viewing mail; contact by e-mail with clients / partners / employees; the connection to the "Project Progress" opens a window in XMind; The "Distribution of Work" item will open MS Project to verify the work of employees.
