Specific Features of Communication in the International Educational Project Level Up by Smart J

Abstract. Modern education cannot function successfully in traditional organizational and pedagogical forms. It is constantly developed and there is an urgency to organize effective communicative processes. This involves changes primarily in forms of learning: widespread implementation of independent, pair, group work, creation of educational communities implementing international educational projects based on the principles of effective communication. One of the progressive examples of a successful international project is Level Up by Smart J, based on innovative technologies.
The purpose of the study is to determine the features of the organization of participants’ communication in the international educational project Level Up by Smart J as an example of successful interaction of principals, administrators, methodologists, tutors, parents and representatives of Jewish communities.
Materials and methods of research include methods of induction, deduction, analysis and synthesis, they are used for forming theoretical and methodological base of research, systematization, verification and generalization; observation, analysis of statistical data provide an opportunity to analyze the specifics of the project.
Ensuring effective work requires clear communication and following the certain rules. Specific features of communication of participants of the project Level Up by Smart J are ability: to ask questions and to answer them; give advice; react comments critically; be able to find compromises in making decisions; be ability to give the logical feedback.
Compliance with these requirements allows to find understanding, and therefore guarantees the achievement of common goals. The communicative process is based on: self-esteem and respect for others; friendliness and tolerance; readiness to increase professional competence; support for initiatives; exchange of experience among participants; the possibility of open expression of dissatisfaction under any conditions and results of communication.
Specific features of effective communication of the project Level Up by Smart J allow to implement the educational project successfully and increase the number of branches constantly, that indicates the productivity of the system of interaction of participants
The originality of the research is in determining the key factors of communication success in the educational project, the analysis of the characteristics of the communication processes of the international project Level Up by Smart J.
Thus, effective language communication means information exchange that ensures the achievement of goals set by communicators and the establishment of interpersonal relationships. The effectiveness of communication of the participants is determined by several indicators, among which the most important are pragmatic and social psychological aspects. Understanding the features of communicative processes has a positive effect on the development of educational projects.
