Leadership determinants of career orientations of the first level (bachelor) and the second level (master) of nules of ukraine: analysis of the research results

Abstract

The article interprets career as a dynamic process and the result of an entity's activity to reveal its own career potential. Psychological components of career orientations are socially determined incentives of personality to professional activity, professional orientation, ways of constructing a career trajectory, system of motives and degree of actualization of the skills of agrarian specialist.

The results of the research are presented, the characteristics of the leading career orientations of final year students of the first level (bachelor) and the second level (master) of NULES of Ukraine are compared, and the relationships between types of career orientations on the scale of the questionnaire and some personal characteristics of agrarian students are determined.
