Формування професійної компетентності студентів аграрних внз

Abstract

Розглянуто питання змісту професійної компетентності,
проаналізовано такі поняття, як «компетентність» та
«компетенція». В результаті проведеного аналізу було зроблено
висновок, що компетенція є похідним поняттям від компетентності і
означає сферу діяльності, в якій людина застосовує свої знання.
Встановлено, що формування майбутнього спеціаліста
агропромислового комплексу безпосередньо залежить від розвитку
значущих особистісних якостей, оволодіння науковими фаховими
знаннями, уміннями та навичками необхідними для виконання
професійних обов’язків. У зв’язку з цим особливого значення набуває
орієнтація навчально-виховного процесу аграрного ВНЗ на гуманістичні
засади, оскільки позбавлена гуманістичних орієнтирів професійна
діяльність аграрника може стати для суспільства катастрофою.
