Heat and mass transfer in the pores ADSORPTION thermotransformers

B. Draganov, Y. Sneshkin

The purpose of research - to develop a method of modeling heat mass transfer processes in microporous channels of adsorption heat pumps.

Materials and methods. Analyzed object represents a heterogeneous system failure. In chemical thermodynamics, heterogeneous system is usually considered as a set of homogeneous phase and using an approximate additivity property, according to which extensive quantities for the system as a whole (internal energy, entropy, etc.) equal to the sum of the respective values of these quantities for the individual phases. This approach, which has a certain practical value, exclude the possibility of description of surface phenomena, caused by the existence of physical boundaries between the phases.

On the other hand, a heterogeneous system may be viewed as a whole, without dividing it into homogeneous phase.

The results of research. The porous medium is widely used in the heat storage process, including adsorption heat pumps.

It can be assumed that the main heat transfer process is the thermal conductivity. The problem is formulated as follows: given the limited cylinder that initially has a temperature equal to the ambient temperature. Initially, the lateral surface of the cylinder and the ends of the surface begin to heat up at a constant speed.

The general solution of the problem is based on the method of integral transforms of Laplace and Hankel.

Сonclusions

Porous media play an essential role not only in the field of technical equipment, but also in natural phenomena, and biology. The article presents the solution heat and mass transfer dynamics in adsorption heat pumps.
