Морфогенез плямки пейєра дванадцятипалої кишки качок віком 25–120 діб
Abstract
У стінці дванадцятипалої кишки качок виявляється тільки одна плямка Пейєра. Її довжина та найбільша ширина з віком птиці збільшуються. Лімфоїдна тканина в плямці Пейєра дванадцятипалої кишки качок віком 25–120 діб виявляється у слизовій та м’язовій оболонках. У слизовій оболонці всіх вікових груп качок вона представлена усіма її формами: дифузною, передвузликовою, первинними та вторинними вузликами. Усі форми лімфоїдної тканини у м’язовій оболонці виявляються у качок віком 25–30 діб. У птиці старшого віку в цій оболонці реєструються тільки вторинні лімфоїдні вузлики. Вміст лімфоїдної тканини та окремих її форм у плямці Пейєра дванадцятипалої кишки змінюється із збільшенням віку качок.Issue
