Abstract

THE REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF ANTIBIOTICS AND IODINE PREPARATIONS IN COMPLEX TREATMENT REGIMENS COWS WITH PURULENT ENDOMETRITIS

Abstract.Theaimofresearchwas a scientificfoundationtodevelopandgiveclinicalevaluationofvariousregionalmodesofantibiotictherapyincombinationwithiodinecowswithpurulentendometritis. Torealizethisgoal, thestudyposedthefollowingproblem:

1. Tostudythespeciescompositionofmicroflorautero-vaginalsecretionsofsickcowsanddeterminethesensitivityofthesepathogenstoantimicrobialagents.

2. Tostudyincomparativeperspectivetherapeuticpossibilitiesofregionalmethodsofadministrationofiodine.

3. Optimizetreatmentforsuppurativeendometritiscowsbasedmethodsofrationaluseofdrugs, usingthesynergyoftheiraction.

Theresultsofclinicalandexperimentalstudiesoftheregionaluseofantibioticsandiodinepreparationsincomplextreatmentregimenscowswithpurulentendometritis. Thebasisofrationalcausalandsupportivetherapywasinitiated a regionaladministrationofdrugs: intheinternaliliacarteryfor IP Lipovtsevym, paravaginalnoandvaginally. WeredesignedandtestedcomplexsequentialcircuitstherapeutictreatmentofpatientsendometritiscowstestedgemotropnyeMethods (arteryandvein) administrationofdrugsindividually, andcombinationsthereof. Bacteriologicalstudieshaveidentifiedthebacterialflorawithpurulentexudate, isdefinedantibioticsensitivityabjection, whichwasconductedinaccordancewiththeselectionetiotropchnihdrugs. Clinicalstudieshaveestablishedthattheintramuscularinjectionofenrofloxacinandmetronidazolecombinedwithuterotonicdrugswaseffectivemethodoftreatmentofcowswithpurulentendometritis. Theregionaladministrationofthisdrugcombinationhasincreasedtheefficiencyoftreatmentandfertilizationofcowsandreducerelapse. Additionofthetherapeuticregimengemotropnimintroductionofanaqueousiodinesolutionmadeitanabsolutecurativeeffect, completelyeliminatedtherecurrenceandchronicityofinfectionintheuterus, contributedtotherestorationofreproductivefunctionofcowsrecover.

Intrasimultaneousapplication "broestrofana" and "dotsitola" duetosynergismoftheiractionsanddirectedadministrationacceleratedtheevacuationofpurulentexudatefromtheuterus, aswellasimprovedtreatmentoutcomesandindicatorsvosproizvodstvodstvarecoverfromcows.

Theproposedcombined a regionaluseofenrofloxacinandmetronidazolecombinedwithiodinetherapy, luteolyticanduterotrophicdrugscowswithpurulentendometritisprovedhighlyeffectivetherapy, reducedthecostoffundsformedicinesandgaveoptimalpharmacoeconomicindicatoroftreatmentthatcanbeattributedto a synergisticeffectofthiscombinationofantibioticssupplementedwithiodinetherapy, aswellastherationalmethodsoftheirapplication.
