4. Complaint Submission Procedure

  1. Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to the editorial office with a clear description of the issue and supporting evidence, if available.

  2. The editorial office acknowledges receipt of the complaint within 5 business days.

  3. Complaints are reviewed by the editorial board or a specially appointed committee.

5. Complaint Review

  • All complaints are handled impartially and confidentially.

  • Independent experts may be involved if necessary.

  • Standard complaints are reviewed within 30 days, while complex cases may take up to 60 days, with notification of any delay.

6. Decision and Consequences

  • The editorial office issues a written decision and notifies the complainant.

  • If violations are confirmed, possible actions include:

    • publication of corrections or retractions;

    • notification of relevant institutions;

    • sanctions against authors or reviewers according to the journal’s policies.

7. Confidentiality

All information provided in the complaint is treated as confidential and used solely for reviewing the case.
