Formatting Guidelines
General provisions
Original scientific and scientific-production articles that correspond to the profile of the journal “Land Management, Cadastre and Land Monitoring”, contain results of independent research, and have not been previously published are accepted for consideration.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the presented data, correctness of citations, and adherence to the principles of academic integrity.
Manuscript volume and format
- Article length: 8–20 pages
- Paper format: A4, portrait orientation
- Margins: 20 mm on all sides
- Font: Times New Roman, size 14
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Paragraph indentation: 1 cm (for main text only)
- Automatic hyphenation, macros, condensed or expanded fonts are not allowed
Manuscript structure
The manuscript must include the following mandatory elements (in the given order):
- UDC (aligned left, bold)
- Article title (in capital letters, centered, bold)
- Author(s) initials and surname, academic degree, academic title, place of work (each author on a new line, centered)
- Author(s) e-mail
- Abstract (at least 150 words, italic, line spacing 1)
- Keywords (italic, 5–8 words or phrases)
- Main text of the article, which must contain:
- Relevance
- Analysis of recent research and publications
- Purpose and objectives of the study
- Materials and methods of research
- Research results and discussion
- Conclusions and prospects for further research
- List of references (in Ukrainian)
- References (in English)
Abstracts and keywords
The abstract must be informative, logically structured, and reflect:
- relevance of the study;
- purpose and methods;
- main results;
- scientific novelty and practical significance.
Abstracts and keywords must be submitted in both Ukrainian and English and are checked by the editorial office to prevent machine translation.
Tables, figures, formulas
- Tables and figures must be numbered and titled
- Table titles are placed above the table; figure titles are placed below the figure
- Font in tables: Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1
- Figures must be clear, not scanned, and placed directly in the text
- Formulas must be created in Microsoft Equation with continuous numbering
References and citations
- Citations in the text are given in square brackets: [1, p. 45]
- The list of references in Ukrainian is formatted according to DSTU 8302:2015
- References in English are formatted according to the international APA standard
- Transliteration of Ukrainian and Russian sources must comply with current normative requirements
- Recommended number of sources: at least 15
Languages of publication
Articles are accepted in Ukrainian or Russian, with mandatory submission of English-language abstracts and bibliography.
Grounds for rejection of manuscripts
Manuscripts are not considered if they:
- do not correspond to the journal’s scope;
- are submitted in violation of formatting requirements;
- contain signs of plagiarism;
- lack proper scientific structure or novelty
