All articles published in the journal “Land Management, Cadastre and Monitoring” are published under an Open Access model.

By submitting a manuscript through the journal’s website, the author(s) agree to the terms of the public license agreement and grant the Publisher a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the article.

Articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original author(s) and the source of publication are properly cited.

The author(s) retain the copyright and moral rights to their work and may reuse, distribute, and archive the published version, including in institutional repositories and personal websites, with reference to the original publication in the journal.

Publication fees, if applicable, cover editorial and publishing costs and do not influence editorial decisions or peer review outcomes.
