General Provisions
The journal “Land Management, Cadastre and Monitoring” accepts original scientific and scientific–professional articles that correspond to the journal’s scope, have not been previously published, and are not under consideration by other journals. -
Manuscript Submission
Authors submit manuscripts in the format established by the Editorial Board together with all required accompanying materials. Submission of a manuscript implies the author’s agreement with the journal’s editorial policy and publication conditions. -
Plagiarism Check
All submitted manuscripts are subject to mandatory plagiarism screening using specialized plagiarism detection software.
Manuscripts that violate the principles of academic integrity are rejected and are not eligible for further consideration or resubmission. -
Peer Review (Double-Blind Review)
Manuscripts that successfully pass the plagiarism check are subjected to a double-blind peer review, in which neither the authors nor the reviewers are aware of each other’s identities.
Based on the review results, a manuscript may be:-
accepted for publication;

accepted after revision;

rejected.
Authors are required to address reviewers’ comments and submit a revised version within the timeframe specified by the Editorial Board.

Editorial Board Decision
The final decision on publication is made by the Editorial Board based on peer review outcomes, scientific quality, and compliance with the journal’s scope and requirements.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject a manuscript if it does not meet the academic standards of the journal. -
Editing and Proofreading
The Editorial Office carries out scientific, literary, and technical editing of accepted manuscripts without altering the authors’ scientific content or viewpoints.
If necessary, manuscripts may be returned to the authors for approval of editorial changes or additional clarification. -
Publication Fee
Publication of articles is carried out on the basis of reimbursement of editorial, publishing, and printing costs.
Payment is made only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication and does not influence the peer review process or the Editorial Board’s decision. -
Copyright and Responsibility
Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the data presented, proper citation, and compliance with academic integrity standards.
By submitting a manuscript, authors grant the Editorial Office the right to publish the article in both printed and electronic formats.
