Зони санітарної охорони навколо джерел водопостачання

Розглянуто особливості встановлення, правовий режим і методику розрахун‐ ку меж зон санітарної охорони водозаборів. Запропоновано на основі цієї ме‐ тодики розробляти проекти землеустрою щодо обмежень та обтяжень зон санітарної охорони водозаборів із подальшою реєстрацією їх у базі даних Дер‐ жавного земельного кадастру (ДЗК). Це дасть змогу сформувати правові й соціально‐екологічні чинники управління земельними ресурсами в зонах саніта‐ рної охорони органами державного управління та органами місцевого самоврядування
