Abstract

The features of the financial and economic mechanism of conduct of economic activity are investigational in the state agricultural enterprises. The methodical and applied aspects of the directions of improvement of the motivational mechanism of agricultural workers of state enterprises to the increase the efficiency of production. Directions of improving wages in state agricultural enterprises.
