Гендерна рівність у транзитивних суспільствах: проблеми і перспективи
Abstract
В статті показано, що збереження гендерної нерівності та високого рівня гендерної дискримінації у транзитивних суспільствах зумовлене незавершеними модернізацією та лібералізацією суспільного життя, а також історично сформованими соціальними стереотипами, які часто стають основою формування індивідуальної та колективної ідентичності, що зумовлює, з одного боку, декларативний характер законодавства, а з іншого – трансляцію цілого ряду соціальних упереджень та гендерних стереотипів, на тлі яких забезпечується визнання. На цьому тлі підкреслюється, що подолання дискримінації та досягнення гендерного паритету у транзитивних суспільствах, в тому числі й Україні, потребує докорінних економічних та світоглядних трансформацій, які закладуть фундамент для формування відповідної цивілізаційним запитам символічної політик, спрямованої підкреслити цінність окремої особистості.References
