Ідейні підґрунтя кібернетичних концепцій В.М. Глушкова та С. Біра (на матеріалі порівняння проектів «здас» та «кіберсін»)
Abstract
На матеріалах проекту ЗДАС В. М. Глушкова та на досвіді впровадження проекту «Кіберсін» С. Біра досліджується соціально-економічне підґрунтя кібернетичних ідей з метою їх філософської концептуалізації. Аналізується актуальність принципів наукового управління економікою за допомогою IT в розрізі альтернатив капіталістичній системі управління.
