THE LEGAL REGULATION OF THE FORESTRY IN UKRAINIAN STATE OF PAVLO SKOROPADSKY
Abstract
The article examines the main directions of lawmaking by Hetman Pavlo Skoropadsky administration in forestry, the peculiarities of the reform of the forest fund state management. The role of researches in the organization of effective forest protection was shown. The effects of lawmaking by Hetman administration in forestry were given an assessment compared to subsequent historical periods of development of the Ukrainian forest legislation.
