Legal regulation of entry and enforcement of agrarian bondsin Ukraine

The legal nature of agrarian bonds as the agricultural commodity producer’s credit tools on the pledge of the future harvest has been investigated in the article. The legal features of the both financial and commodity agrarian bonds were studied as well as the questions relating to the regulation of the agrarian bonds circulation. The conclusion is made on the necessity of introducing into the Law of Ukraine «On Agrarian bonds» amendments and additions that would allow the issuance of agrarian bonds for longer periods than the terms of the growing season of plant crops.
