Проблема тривалого зберігання анатомічних препаратів

Abstract

Викладено основні етапи розвитку одного з найважливіших методів у анатомії – методу фіксації і тривалого зберігання трупного матеріалу. Після відкриття формальдегіду він був визнаний основним фіксатором. З кінця 70-х років XX століття на зміну приходить метод пластинації, анатомічні препарати після фіксації у формаліні просякають пластичними масами, що сприяє їх тривалому зберіганню.
