Динаміка реографічних показників у собак за виконання епідуральної блокади 0,2% розчином бупівакаїну самостійно і на фоні премедикації ксилазином
Abstract
DYNAMICS OF RHEOGRAPHIC INDEXES FOR DOGS USING OF EPIDURAL BLOCKADE 0,2% BUPIVACAINE, AND EPIDURAL 0,2% BUPIVACAINE WITH XYLASINE PREMEDICATION

Abstract. Rheographia - is the general name of noninvasive biophysical method study of the cardiovascular system, integral and regional blood circulation. Rheogram is a graphic changes reflection of electric resistance of tissues, organs or body areas at a key-in through them of high-purity and small force electric current. It is based on registration changes of electric resistance of tissues at passing through them of current of high-purity. Electric tissues resistance periodically changes at passing through the vessels of pulse waves. By the base indexes of haemodynamics, which characterize heart work, so vessels the shock blood volume (SBV), minute volume of circulation (MVC) of blood, general peripheral vascular resistance, is considered (GPVR). Rheographia is simple, safe, and the comfortable method of research of the cardiovasal system. In addition, rheographia can research able to define the features of the vegetative regulation of blood circulation.
Researches conducted after the method of integral rheocardiographia (central cardiohaemodynamic). In the process of researches the followings rheographic indexes appeared most informing: minute volume of blood circulation, general peripheral vascular resistance, shock blood volume, haemodynamic blow, power of reduction of cardiac muscle. The rheographic parameters registered blockades to implementation, after introduction of bupivacaine through 30 min, and 7 hours.
In the group of animals which it was applied epidural 0,2% bupivacaine with the xylazine premedication (group XB) the meaningful (р≤0,05) decline of shock blood volume is registered statistically through 30 min after a blockade, in the same term registered the meaningful (р≤0,01) decline of cardiac index, which through 7 hours also was for certain below (р≤0,05) weekend of information, statistically, power of reduction of myocardium for certain went (р≤0,05) down through 30 min after implementation of blockade, minute volume of blood stream through 30 min after epidural introduction of bupivacaine went down considerably (р≤0,001), and through 7 hours also was for certain below (р≤0,01) weekend of information, general peripheral vascular resistance statistically went (р≤0,05) down both through 30 min and through 7 hours after the bupivacaine blockade. Comparative description of changes of rheographic indexes of animals of two groups testifies to the greater degree of influence on the integral hemodynamics of epidural 0,2% bupivacaine with the xylazine premedication (group XB) than epidural 0,2% bupivacaine ( B group).
The prospect of subsequent researches is determination of haemodynamic indexes for application of different charts of the local and general anaesthetizing for animals, and also account of these changes for implementation of medical nosotropic aims and operative interferences.References
