Анотація
Обґрунтовано, що основу теорії землевпорядного процесу складають його функції: забезпечення всіх заінтересованих осіб об’єктивною інформацією щодо регламентації відносин та вироблення правил узгодження державних, громадських та приватних земельних інтересів у системі управління земельними ресурсами та землекористуванням.
Ключові слова. Землеустрій, землевпорядний процес, землевпорядний проект, землевпорядна процедура, землевпорядні дії.
