Development of algorithm of work of the automated device for positioning agricultural implements in assembly

Abstract

Abstract. The quality of the work mounted planting machines does not always meet agricultural requirements. One of the unresolved issues in the operation of the landing unit is the lack of controllability of the gun relative to the landing line. In the process of operation of the unit, hinged planting tool due to the uneven density of the soil, the presence of slopes, tends to deviate from the planting line of crops. Also, this is facilitated by maneuvers, thruster, seeking to adjust the landing unit on the course set by navigation. This does not take into account the presence of degrees of freedom tractor hitch, negatively affecting its synchronous movement with the hanging planter.

The purpose of the study is to develop an algorithm for the operation of a controlled attachment for positioning the position of agricultural implements.

The design of the controlled hinged device (UNU) developed in the Agroengineering center of VIM is presented and recommendations for its use are given. The process of operation of the device as part of the landing unit is described. It is determined that this device will increase the level of positioning of the landing gun in the unit, by minimizing the transverse displacement.
