Особливості надання первинної психологічної допомоги під час війни

Анотація


Актуальність дослідження зумовлене подіями, які відбуваються з 24 лютого, коли Росія почала повномасштабне вторгнення на територію України, що призвели до росту морально-психологічних травм населення та необхідності надання їм допомоги спеціалістами. У зв'язку з цим мета даної статті спрямована на розкриття особливостей надання первинної психологічної допомоги людям, які постраждали внаслідок трагічних подій. Основу методологічного підходу в даній науково-дослідній роботі складає якісне поєднання методів системного аналізу сучасної психологічної, а також соціальної підтримки, з урахуванням культурних особливостей та реальних можливостей постраждалих людей. У статті виявлено основні психологічні стани та поведінку людей в екстремальних ситуаціях під час війни; виявлено ключові моменти, які враховуються під час первинної психологічної допомоги; обґрунтовано основні прийоми надання підтримки у разі прояву тієї чи іншої реакції у потерпілого; також сформовано ряд установок, спрямованих на продуктивне подолання проблем професійного здоров’я спеціалістів, працюючих в екстремальних умовах. Матеріали та результати цього наукового дослідження, а також сформульовані на їх основі висновки, мають суттєву значимість в психологічній допомозі вимушено переселеним особам, а також травмованим військовим, які перебувають на реабілітації; для волонтерів, які працюються в екстремальних умовах з травмованими людьми; для спеціалістів, котрі спеціалізуються на наданні первинної психологічної допомоги під час війни та інших тяжких кризисних ситуаціях.
