About some aspects of legal regulation of fishery melioration measures

Taking into account the rapid use in the present conditions of nature and its resources, there is an urgent need to pay attention to their protection and organization of rational use, aimed at a reasonable combination of the exploitation of natural raw materials and the protection of the environment.Water living resources play a special place in people's nutrition, being used in large volumes for the needs of animal and plant life, production needs, etc.One of the tasks of the present is to ensure the sustainable use of water living resources at the appropriate level.In this article, in accordance with the analysis of the legislation and scientific approaches of scientists, it is determined that one of the ways to ensure the sustainable use of aquatic living resources is to focus on the development of aquaculture (fish farming), and in particular focusing on the effective use of extracted aquatic organisms, increasing fish productivity of internal water reservoirs, etc. One of the ways that improves the natural fish self- productivityis to meliorate the water reservoirs.
The analysis of legal acts, carrying out the legal regulation of fishery melioration, is carried out inthisarticle. Based on legislative definitionsand scientific approaches of scientists of social and natural sciencesan approach has been formed for the definition of the fishing melioration concept, the purpose of its implementation and the measures to be included therein. The regulatory consolidation of the water objects melioration, regulated as a complex of measures to preserve the water content of the rivers and to protect them from pollution, is investigated.The main directions of the fishery melioration are determined, according to their legislative fixing, and their classification is proposed. The melioration measures for the water environment arehighlighted, such as: aeration, liming, liation, etc., and the content of their carrying out is disclosed.Comparison and conclusions are made concerning the legal consolidation of the principles of social relations legal regulation, arising in the process of ground melioration in comparison with fixing at the legislative level the issue of water melioration.
