Judicial reform in Ukraine and its impact on the protection of intellectual property rights

In the article on the basis of legislative sources the issue of protection of intellectual property rights in the court is investigated. The article analyzes the rules of procedural legislation that regulates issues of protection and protection of intellectual property rights, discloses the content of individual articles. The author analyzes some problematic issues of the activity of the newly formed Supreme Court on intellectual property issues and suggests ways to improve the protection of intellectual property rights in court.
