РЕГЕНЕРАЦІЙНА ЗДАТНІСТЬ СЕЛЕКЦІЙНО-ЦІННИХ ГЕНОТИПІВ СОНЯШНИКУ
Abstract
Досліджено регенераційну здатність трьох типів експлантів двох генотипів соняшнику вітчизняної селекції. Показано, що ефективність регенерації за використання цієї системи культивування складає близько 8 % для котиледонових та гіпокотильних експлантів, а для кореневих – регенерація не відбувається. Усі рослини-регенеранти не утворювали корені, що свідчить про необхідність подальшої оптимізації системи регенерації для цих генотипів соняшникуReferences
