Type Lonicera caerulea L. is the endemic flora of Europe, the degree of rarity, disjunctive relic, which is listed in the Red Book of Ukraine and has protected status species - rare.
Type L. caerulea neofitsinalna plant, entomofil, mesophytic, asektator undergrowth, honey plant, revealing striking decorative features. Due to ecological plasticity species showed resistance to new growing conditions, which contributed to its further expansion, inclusion of the collections of botanical gardens, arboretums, landscape compositions and more. There is today the possibility of renovation of natural populations of species through repatriation.
The aim is to study the biological and morphological characteristics of species L. caerulea, its reproductive ability in a culture.
Results and discussion.
Found that in a culture of seed germination L. caerulea is 86% (laboratory) 78% (ground). Optimum seed germination temperature of + 20 ° C, germination period lasts 14 ± 4 days.
The results of the study ontomorfohenez plant species L. caerulea following:
• Germination of seed species lasts from 8 to 14 days;
• Cotyledons brought to the surface of the soil, with the seeds skin that falls off after 2 days and cotyledon leaves straighten;
• The period of ontogenetic state seedling (P) in the form lasts 14-16 days;
• Juvenile condition (j) lasts from 25 up to 30 days, is characterized by the cessation of growth and cotyledons when the first true leaves;
• Amatory state (in) lasts until the end of the growing season (for I-so decade of September). This is characterized by complete drying and falling cotyledons;
• Virginally condition (v) plant species L. caerulea in a culture comes to the 2nd year of development. It is characterized by the appearance in the root collar tillering shoots and generative shoots. At the age of 2 years seedlings are already beginning to bear fruit and kvituvaty;
• Young generative individuals (g1) characterized by the growth of shoots kuschennya and Formuyetsya crown of branches. Height young individuals’ generative third year ranged from 34 to40 cm;
• Middle-generative individuals (g2) species have expressed aeroksylnu form. Abundantly flowering and fruiting year.
Conclusions. So, in terms ultury in Ukraine plant species L. caerulea is in full life cycle - from seed (se) to the senile condition (s). Type a strong performance seminal performance as laboratory germination of seeds is 86%. Move plants to the generative state are the 2nd year of life. Expressed bush plant life form becomes aged 3 years. In a culture plant species L. caerulea flower and fruit annually, indicating the type of successful adaptation to the climatic conditions of different regions ofUkraine, as well as the possibility of certifying seed multiplication in order to increase its quantitative indicator of natural populations of the species.
