Стратегічне управління професійною кар’єрою при підготовці фахівців у закладах вищої освіт
Abstract
У статті розкивається управління якістю підготовки фахівців у закладах вищої освіти. Висвітлюється основні складові системи управління якістю підготовки кадрів у ЗВО. Виокремлюється стратегія закладів вищої освіти. Управління вищим навчальним закладом вимагає вирішення стратегічних, практичних та оперативних завдань.
