Peculiarities of motation of professional activities of scientific and pedagogical employees of NUBiP Ukraine

In the article, motivation is determined by the fundamental platform of the professional activity of a university teacher, and is understood as a complex, multi-level education, the formation and development of which depends on the formation of the needs of the individual, his motives, interests and goals. The results of the study of the motivational complex of the scientific and pedagogical workers of the NUBiP of Ukraine, which made it possible to reveal the essence of their professional motivation in accordance with certain parameters of labor activity and types of motives, are given.
