Abstract
In the article the mechanisms for implementing competence-based approachin the preparation of young specialists in the innovative development of higher
education. Characterized the issue of formation of professional competence
specialists.
Specified on the need for an integrated application of competence and
personal approaches to training managers, which provides an optimal combination of
methods and forms in the learning process. The meaning of contemporary
approaches in development of professional competence specialists.
It is proved that the factors that affect the educational changes and trends in
innovation in modern education cause of hazards as defined must be made at the
level of existence of the national education system as a whole and at the level of a
particular university.
The author analyzes the relationship ofprofessionalism and professional
competence of managers, nature features training ofstudents in colleges of
Economics .
