LEGAL CATEGORY "LAND MARKET": NEW APPROACHES TO INTERPRETATION
Abstract
This article is the part of scientific research, which aims to study the problems of the definition of the land market as a legal category. A promising direction for further scientific studies is considered to be learning the basic principles of legal, organizational and economic security establishment and development of the land as well as forming the legal mechanism for implementing and protecting the rights and interests of land owners and land users.
