Regular use of antibiotics in farm contributes to antibiotic-resistant strains. Broad-spectrum antibiotics have a bad influence not only pathogens but also on the quantitative composition of intestinal flora, accumulating in the tissues, affecting the timing of slaughter.
As an alternative to the use antibiotic therapy can be a probiotic preparations based on live bacteria that have a vividly expressed protective effect.
From an economic point of view the most important that the live weight, productivity of animal, survival of young are increased and feed costs are decreased oppositely because of use of probiotic preparations.
Today, various domestic and foreign companies produce probiotics in the form of dry preparations of lyophilized microorganisms in pure form or in the form of technical nutrient. As a filler for first use milk powder, sucrose, and for the technical form - corn, fish or other punishment. The latter are more suitable for group assignment animals with food.
In the application of probiotics is important to consider features of the gastrointestinal tract of pigs. Due to the low pH of the stomach, especially in the first 10 days of life, rapid possible growth of bacteria, including pathogens. This can lead to instances of diarrhea, septicemia and death of piglets.
It should take into account feed factor - High feed requires high activity of pepsin that pigs are not able to provide. So, you need a drug that in addition to activity against pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms will provide high enzymatic activity.
For research we have selected two products is "Multybakteryn" and "Imunobakteryn-L».
Multybakteryn a high antagonistic activity to bacteria. In no time inhibits pathogenic gastro-intestinal tract and removes toxins from her body. Restores microbiocenosis, parietal digestion and peristalsis, stimulates the synthesis of antibodies, creates a protective biofilm on their mucous membranes and activates a cellular defense. Have a protective effect on damaged cells and improves metabolic processes in the body. It stimulates the appetite, enhances the growth and development of animals, reduces feed conversion.
Culture of bio Lactobacillus acidophilus is resistant to many antibiotics (fluoroquinolones all kinds (including enrofloxacin), canamycin, gentamicin, fuzidin, metronidazole, and others.)
Imunobakteryn-L - immunomodulator in liquid form.
Rod bacteria Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, a zinc chelate.
The product strengthens the immune system and increases the safety of animal livestock. Improves intestinal flora by colonization of the intestinal epithelium showing antagonistic action on pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms. By this creates favorable conditions for digestion, improves feed conversion.
Research conducted at the Agricultural Farm "Druzhba" on sows and piglets breed of Ukrainian bila.Еxperimental group were 21 piglets.
Probiotics started feeding with water sows 10 days before farrowing at a dose of 2 ml / liter, and two weeks free of piglets by watering bowls. Weighing performed immediately after birth and at 14 and 30 days of pigs. Studied, growth, development and hematological blood parameters pigs.
From the survey results, we see that the application of these probiotics had a positive effect. Sows receiving Multybakteryn showed the greatest performance of live weight piglets at birth their weight on average 1,29 kg, which is 13% more than the control. Another group of animals that received Imunobakteryn-L showed poorer results compared to the previous drug, but more control. During the birth of the piglets had an average weight of 1,23 kg, which is 9% more than the control. Over the entire period of experiment average daily are: Multybakteryn - 320 g (16% control) and Imunobakteryn-L - 290 grams, exceeding the control by 7%. In pigs, which were administered probiotics to the diet Multybakteryn Imunobakteryn-L and the number of red blood cells and white blood cells is higher compared to the control, an average of 8% and 13% respectively, indicating that the improvement hemolytic blood parameters. With leukogram shows that these probiotics improved the immune status in experimental animals by increasing lymphocytes.
Thus, the use of these drugs can increase the effectiveness ekonomic pig and in a limitation on use of antibiotic drugs is a reliable tool for reducing morbidity sows and piglets.
