Article Processing Charges

The journal does not charge a fee for submission, review, or publication of a manuscript.

Payment is made for assigning a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to articles.

Exempt from any fees (contributions) for processing, reviewing and/or publishing articles submitted by applicants with a third-level higher education, state-funded training, written by them individually (without co-authors).
