Устойчивость и флуктуации потока ветра
Abstract
Приведены термодинамические основы теории устойчивости и флук-туации как существенные характеристики потока ветра. Отмечается их стохастическая особенность. Указывается на значение локального равно-весия. Оценочным показателем этих процессов служит энтропия.
