Abstract

Проведено дослідження щодо впливу параметра частота пульсацій на швидкість перенесення маси кисню в процесі вирощування кормових дріжджів на післяспиртовій барді при її обробці методом дискретно-імпульсного введення енергії. �на-Максвелла. Представлена конкретная зависимость скорости производства энтропии.
